This Privacy Policy explains how Loudbox (“Loudbox”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use our website, workspace, integrations, and related services (the “Service”). It applies to account holders, workspace members, and people who connect an advertising platform to Loudbox.

If an organization gives you access to a Loudbox workspace, that organization may separately control the business data it asks you to use in the Service.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: your name, work email address, authentication records, workspace membership, and settings.
• Content you provide: brand details, messages, files, creative materials, instructions, and other content submitted to a workspace.
• Connected-platform data: when you authorize Meta, we receive the identifiers and access credentials needed to connect the accounts you select, plus advertising accounts, Pages, campaigns, creatives, delivery information, insights, and performance metrics made available by your permissions.
• Usage and technical information: requests, feature interactions, device and browser information, diagnostic logs, IP address, and security events.

We do not ask for your Meta password. Authentication is completed by Meta, and the permissions shown during authorization control what Loudbox can access.

We use information to:

• provide, operate, and improve the Service;
• import, organize, analyze, and report on authorized advertising data;
• generate workspace outputs and assist with marketing workflows;
• authenticate users, protect accounts, and prevent abuse;
• troubleshoot problems and communicate about the Service; and
• comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

We process this information to perform our agreement with you, pursue legitimate interests such as securing and improving the Service, comply with legal obligations, and, where required, based on your consent.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that host infrastructure, store files, deliver authentication messages, support AI features, monitor reliability, or otherwise process data for us under contractual safeguards.

Workspace content is available to authorized members of that workspace. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a corporate transaction, or when you direct us to do so. Connected platforms, including Meta, process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain accurate business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Service. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

You can disconnect Meta from Loudbox or remove Loudbox from Meta’s Business Integrations settings. A Meta deauthorization revokes the related authorization. A valid data-deletion request also removes the identifier that linked the connection to that Meta user. Imported business records may be retained when another authorized workspace uses them or where retention is otherwise permitted by this policy. See our data deletion instructions.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption of connected-platform credentials. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Loudbox and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent and complain to your local data protection authority.

We may update this policy as the Service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email.
