Disconnect access. Delete associated data.

You can remove Loudbox directly from your Meta account:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Business Integrations.
3. Select Loudbox and choose Remove.
4. Confirm the removal.

Meta will notify Loudbox that access was removed. Loudbox revokes the related connection so it can no longer import data through that authorization.

Removing the Business Integration sends an automated deletion request when Meta makes that option available. You can also email [email protected] with the subject “Loudbox data deletion request”.

Include the email address used for Loudbox and the workspace or Meta account you want us to identify. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secrets. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and authority.

A valid Meta request receives a unique confirmation code and status URL. Loudbox disables credentials associated with that Meta user and removes the identifier that linked the connection to that user. No further data can be imported through that authorization.

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or in time-limited backups. Imported business records may also remain where another authorized workspace independently uses the same non-personal advertising record.

To delete a Loudbox account, workspace content, or data from a provider other than Meta, email [email protected]. Tell us what you want deleted and we will confirm the scope, any administrator approvals needed, and completion.
